Cultural donation
The Ukrainian Cultural Foundation is a state-owned institution created in 2017 in correspondence with the Law of Ukraine with aim to facilitate development of culture and arts in Ukraine, to provide favourable environment for development of intellectual and spiritual potential of individuals and society, wide access for the citizens to national cultural heritage, to support cultural diversity and integration of the Ukrainian culture into the world cultural space. The Ukrainian Cultural Foundation supports projects through a competitive selection process. Activities of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation are guided and coordinated by the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine.
Support artistic debuts, encourage creative work of members of cultural and art community, particularly of young creators.
Support of cultural and informative programmes within international cooperation.
Support cultural projects of the Ukrainian diaspora.
The Charitable Foundation «Charity Fund for Podillya Talents Development» was established in 2000.
For 20th years the foundation has been a main organizer of three international festivals: «VINNYTSIA JAZZFEST», «OPERAFEST Tulchyn» and «Contemporary music days» in Vinnytsia.
Basic for project implementation of the project implementation was adopted the program «World Art in Podillya» in 2001 J.
In this regard, work with foreign cultural institutions and embassies is a priority of Fund.
Within 22 years more than:
– 300 international events and festivals were organized;
– ca. half million people attended the events and festivals during this period of activity.
The reliable work is emphasized by the following: The Foundation only works with NON-Profit Foundations and Business to organize their projects. More than $2 million has been donated for the Foundation’s activities from private sources since 2000 year.
Nowadays Charitable Foundation works as Ambassador of Ukrainian Cultural Foundation and supports artists and musicians who create their own projects in the wartime Ukraine under dangerous circumstances.
Combining our aspirations, we are trying, on the one hand, to fulfill a difficult mission – to support artists who have remained in Ukraine and work in extremely difficult conditions, and on the other hand, to give impetus to the realization of professional qualities to musicians who have been forced to leave their homes and do not have the opportunity to perform in Ukraine.

- Implementation of art projects in accordance with the results of selection by the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation
- Support of theatrical and concert activities in Ukraine
- Support of the First All Ukrainian Youth Jazz Band
- Support of the the Kharkiv National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater named after M.V. Lysenko and its Charitable Concert Tour „The European Way“
- Support of the Reconstruction and equipment of art schools from de-occupied regions of Ukraine.
